Today,I will introduce you Ice cream!!


I love Ice cream.



I love..... "Baskin robbins"(31 ice cream).


"Cold Stone Cremery".


"Haagen-Dazs".



Do you know the history of Ice cream?





Acooding to this site,for a long time ago,Ice cream was used for healthful diet to make the body of a soldier heal.



Now it was changed into luxury foods by Julius Caesar(An emperor of Rome,BC100~44).



He liked to eat Ice cream as a luxury foods.


In a last stage of Edo era,the closing country was stopped and


lots of Western foods came into Japan nd spread out.


One of that was an Ice Cream.



the firstest of Ice Cream was named for Aisukurin(あいすくりん）and


it was said that it made from eggs and milk and sugar.





Do you know which country is the best consumption of Ice cream?











The answer is America!!!!


Some of you guys found that there are big bucket of Ice cream at their home.


When I went to study abroad, I found such a big bucket of Ice cream and I was really


surprised !!!





But,please remember!!


Ice cream contains fat and sugar a lot.



Recently,we can found no fat Ice cream.


So, please care about that.

    Summer will come, it means ice cream season is coming soon!!!
    I've seen the face of ice cream before...it looks difficult to make it.

    I didn't know that ice cream came to Japan in Edo era. It has a long history, isn't it?

    I've heard "ice cream diet"...it must be bad for our health, but does it mean ice cream have low calorie??

    I love making homemade ice cream! My favorite flavor is ginger because it's rich and creamy bt the ginger is spicy and clean. It's a great combination :0)

    Sorry,if I made you misunderstood,it means ice cream have low calorie.

    When it comes in the Edo era,people can't buy ice cream,so it is recognized as a luxury food.

    Is it delicious?
    I love spicy food,but I cant imagine that of flavor.
