It is one of a certification to qualify a person who have a knowledge for vegetables.





I chose this topic because I heard that recently,one of my friend got this certification.


She likes to cook,and she is really good at cooking because I saw her blog and there


are lots of cooking menu that looks really delicious.

First, What is the Sommelier of vegetables?


The association of the sommelier of vegetables in Japan（日本野菜ソムリエ協会）administrates


these activities.


It is inaugurated in 2003 to tell people to enjoy,discovery about vegetables and fruits.





This qualifications are divided into 3 levels.


A junior sommelier of vegetables, A Sommelier of vegetables,A senior sommelier of vegetables.
Classes are very unique.
For example,vegefru communication(we study how to communicate) the introduction of vegefru(we study how vegetables produce,distribute, how to preserve) ,the science of vegefru(we study about nutritions of vegetables) and so on.

It Sounds interesting isnt it??

A famous people also took these certifications.

For example,Moe Yamaguchi, Rie Hasegawa,Hikaru Nishida,SHIHO.
