My Local Place / Love Niigata!!

Hello.




Today,I will introduce you to the famous food of my local prace.




I am from Niigata prefecture,Itoigawa city.


Itoigawa is located in the south area of Niigata prefecture,nera the Toyama prefecture.


Niigata is faced to The Japan Sea,so sea food is one of famous and fresh.


Itoigawa is famous for Hisui(Jade).


Do you know Hisui??















It is a green stone.


Hisui came from Itoigawa city.













It is called Magatama.



















We have a special food of Hisui.





This is Hisui stemed bun.(It included green bean jam)


















It is sweet and yam:)


When I was a child,I like to eat this.




And, it suits green tea.

I recomend you to eat this with a green tea.



One thing what I want to introduce you is.....




Black fried noodle!!















I have never tried yet,but my mother ate and she says

it is a normal lol

Anyway,in Itoigawa ,there are lots of yam food.
