My lunch at Ginza

Hi.

More than 2 weeks!!
Summer holiday!!!1
Yeah-^^

Do you have any plan for this summer vac??
I will go to france with my mum and sis for 8days.

I'm really looking forward to going there cuz it was my dream.
Dream come true-!

Anyway,today I will introduce you to the vegetarian restaurant in Japan.

The name is the kingdom of vegetable (in Japanese,野菜の王様)
Do you know ??

The menus of that restaurant are besically vegetable.
So,if your friend ot you are vegetarian, I really recommend you to go to there.
We can eat viriety of vegetables there.

It locates in Hibiya,Ginza.

The price is kind for students.lol
cuz lunch is only 999yen.
Lunch is only Buffe style.
We can choose foods what we want to eat.
And no time limits.

Actually,I went to there on Mondays with my friend since we were a elementary school
students.

And, we went to Shinjyuku and we went to cafe.

Do you know La Maison.

I love talt.
So , I love La Maison and eat fruits talt there.

I ate Mix berry tult and orange and peach flavored tea.
Cake and Tea set is around 1000yen.

It was veeeeeeeeryyyyyy delicious.

We talked a lot with such a delicious cake and tea.

I loved this kind of tea time with my girl friends.

Why dont you go to La Maison and girls talk with your girl friends??

Tool for cook

Hi.

I have a question for you guys,especially students who are living by yourself.

How do you often decide the cooking menu everyday?????
Becasue,,,,,I have lived by myself and cooked my meals since I was sophomore.

Can you guess what does it mean??

It takes a long time to decide menus because I have to cook everyday.
SO,I Dont have any idea what will I cook for dinner.
Even though I go to supermarket,I often wonder what I should buy.......
I walk around for a long time in the supermarket...

At that time,I told that to my mother and she told me the useful internet site for cooking.

Maybe almost you guys have already known that name.

Only we can type the word,We can find the recipe easily.

And there are lots of recipe,so it is rich in the variety of recipes.

She started cooking for her boyfriend and she studied everything about cooking by reading book,traveling,cooking for many times.

She was happy when her boyfriend ate her meals and said to her that it was delicious.
It was a one of chance that she became think that she wants to become a food coordinater.

Now,her dream came true and she is very famous now.

I respect her mind.

Recently I watched TV drama which relates to cook.
The title is high school restaurant(高校生レストラン.

Students have a strong mind for cooks.

I thought that I want to improve my cooking haha:)))

A green tea

What do you drink everyday??

My grandmather likes to drink a green tea.
So, she drinks it everyday.

Do you know where came from a green tea?

Actually,it came from China.

Asia, the birthplace of tea, green tea is widely enjoyed not only for medicinal effects, but for the many dimensions of flavor that can be experienced through the different varieties. In China, there are nearly as many varieties of green tea as there are towns.

It is possible to find references to green tea in Chinese literature as far back as 5000 years ago.
There is an old Chinese legend that says a man was out walking one day when he accidently tasted the juices from a leaf of a tea plant. He though it tasted great and even felt the tea had special medicinal properties.

He decided it would be a good idea to create a drink by mixing it with water. This man was called Shien Non Shei.

What is the benefit of drinking a green tea??

It is said that a green tea is good for anti-cancer,fight for infection,
calming effect,and so on.

Green tea is good for our health.

I want you to introduce one of my favorite green tea cafe.

The secret of Yogurt

It is too hot today!!

Today,I'm going to introduce you the secret of Yogurt.

First of all,do you like Yogurt??
I love Yogurt and I eat it everyday in the morning.

What comes up Yogurt?
One of the famous maker of Yogurt is Meiji,Bulgaria Yogurt.

Do you know why they use the name “Bulgaria”??

Because it is famous for Yogurt in Bulgaria.

For a long time years ago,Yogurt was necessary for the festival to pray for St.George.

It is the festival to pray for a good harvest.

Eery year,May 6th,is that day in Bulgaria.

So,Yogurt is important food for Bulgarian people.

And it is said that Bulgarian people is one of a long life countries because of the Yogurt.

What is the effect of Yogurt to us??

Yogurt is good for our health.

My vegetable life

Hello :)

Today, I will write about my vegetarian day,as you know.

First of all, I want you to introduce what I ate on my vegetarian day.

In the morning,I ate Salad and bread and coffee.

At the lunch,I tried to eat Lapaz with my friends,but I am not sure that there is a vegetarian menu(maybe no),so I cooked by myself and ate at my home.
I ate cold noodle. It includes vegetables.

In the night,I ate vegetables soup and rice.

After finishing my vegetarian day,I thought it is very difficult for me because of course I can't eat meat and it is difficult to eat with someone.
Japanese have tend to care about others and sympathize with others.
So,if I eat out with that person,I try to find the restaurant wich have a vegetarian menu or canremove meat from the original menu.
(Maybe including me,Japanese people don't know about vegetarian,so we can't come up with making vegetarian menu at the restaurant.)

If one of my freind is a vegetarian, I am not vegetarian,I would feel sorry because
in Japan, there are not so many vegetarian menu at the restaurant.
I think vegetarian are difficult to eat in Japan,especially if they are business person because in the Japanese style,business person have lots of chance to eat out with co-worker or boss at the lunsh or after finishing work,they may go to pub.
By the Japanese habit,they try to sympathize with others,especially boss.
Sometimes,they have a business by eating or drinking alcohol.
If they can't eat some food,they would ask
why dontou eat or drink becasue there are not so many vegetarian in Japan.

In my case, when I went to Canada for study abroad,my host family are vegetarian.
(no meat and ok eggs and fish)
However,my room mate like to eat chiken,so they cared about us,they made menu includes meat.But,they didn't eat anything foods includes meat.
As that time,I really surprised and did't know why they don't eat meat.
However,I didn't know whether I can ask them why your family are vegetarian or not,
so I couldnt ask them about that.
But now I know why they are vegetarian bu studying this class.
They want to protect animal rights,because of the religion.

Recently,I found the article about protect animal riths in China.
In china,there is a habit to eat dogs,as you know.
However,recently,many people try to protect animal rights and they want to
ban killing dogs for eat.

And,one of food business,to have a vegetarian menu is important,I think.
In India,it is said that there are lots of big food business chance because India have lots of population.
So,some of the restaurant change the menu for vegetarian.
Therefore,they have to think about vegetarian at the food business company especially
which want to open business in other countries like a India.

I thought why there are not so many vegetarian in Japan,
it is one of the reason that we tend not to have any religion strictly.

ROCK UP!!

Hi,guys.

Today is JUNE ９th,right?

Today is ROCK day！！because 6(Roku) and 9(Kyuu)!!

So,today i want you guys introduce the entertainment pub.

The name is ROCK UP!!

When i was a freshman, my boyfriend took me there.

I have never been such a funny pub,so I really enjoyed!!

So,I want you to go and try!!

And........

If you have boy or gilr friend, room is narrow a little,so you can close to

your partner hehehe-:)))

It located in Ikebukuro,Shinnjyuku,Shibuya.

And there, we can enjoy Drinking,Eating as usual pub.

Buuuuuuuut!!!

When I went to there,my boy freind mix up toooooooo much....

As you know,the taste was.......

too but and I can't drink it lol

So, please care about that.

The name of foods are funny.

And, it happened taht the right turned off suddenly, a ghoast came our prison!!!

Iwas really surprised!!

I enjoyed and had a nice time.

The price is high a little bit as usual pub,but please try once!!

I Do Love Ice cream:)

Today,I will introduce you Ice cream!!

I love Ice cream.

I love..... "Baskin robbins"(31 ice cream).

"Cold Stone Cremery".

"Haagen-Dazs".

Do you know the history of Ice cream?

Acooding to this site,for a long time ago,Ice cream was used for healthful diet to make the body of a soldier heal.

Now it was changed into luxury foods by Julius Caesar(An emperor of Rome,BC100~44).

He liked to eat Ice cream as a luxury foods.

In a last stage of Edo era,the closing country was stopped and

lots of Western foods came into Japan nd spread out.

One of that was an Ice Cream.

the firstest of Ice Cream was named for Aisukurin(あいすくりん）and

it was said that it made from eggs and milk and sugar.

Do you know which country is the best consumption of Ice cream?

The answer is America!!!!

Some of you guys found that there are big bucket of Ice cream at their home.

When I went to study abroad, I found such a big bucket of Ice cream and I was really

surprised !!!

But,please remember!!

Ice cream contains fat and sugar a lot.

Recently,we can found no fat Ice cream.
